Our 18,000 sq. ft. shop floor is equipped with 43 state-of-the-art machines, including CNC turning & milling, polygon machining, cylindrical grinding, circular saw cutting, hydraulic presses, conventional machines, and SPMs. This infrastructure is designed to deliver precision components that meet global quality standards.
Precision Machining Capabilities
- Turning: Up to Ø550 mm (21″) × 800 mm (32″) length with tolerances up to ±0.005 mm (±0.0002″)
- Milling: Up to 800 × 500 × 500 mm (32″ × 20″ × 20″) with tolerances up to ±0.005 mm (±0.0002″)
In House Quality Systems & Inspection Systems
We maintain robust quality systems for consistent dimensional accuracy and reliable part validation. Our inspection setup includes:
- CMM – Zeiss for precise 3D measurement
- Contour Measuring System – Mahr for profile validation
- Surface Roughness Tester – Mahr for finish assessment
- 100+ precision measuring instruments for detailed inspection
- 200+ standard gauges for thread, form, and feature validation
